Job summary
Credence is seeking a senior B-2 Systems Engineer Principal to support the B-2 Division in modernization, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of B-2 systems. This role involves bridging warfighter requirements to acquisition planning and delivering technically sound solutions for a high-demand, legacy fleet.

Qualifications
- ABET accredited Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field; 20+ years DoD experience, or a Bachelor’s with 25+ years in DoD.
- Must have Top-Secret clearance with the ability to be read onto SCI.
Responsibilities
- Bridge warfighter needs to planning for materiel solutions and briefing.
- Support interfaces with planning, technology, intelligence, acquisition, sustainment, and user communities.
- Develop capability requirements and sustainment strategies across programs and architectures.
- Prepare TEMPs, SEPs, RFPs, SOOs, test plans, and related documentation.
- Provide technical support to SETR reviews (IBR, PDR, CDR, etc.) and assessments.
- Develop Airworthiness plans, certification basis, and safety documents for reviews.
