Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 4 to apply systems engineering principles across the full system life cycle, supporting AI-focused cloud and platform engineering efforts with emphasis on AWS, AI/ML systems, security, and data lifecycle management.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and experience across the system life cycle; strong communication with Government stakeholders and executives is essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience across the system life cycle applying systems engineering principles.
• Ability to support technical integrity, quality, and completeness of deliverables.
• Experience with cloud architecture, especially AWS.
• Experience with AI/ML system design and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles across the full system life cycle from concept to retirement.
• Interface with Government regarding technical considerations and issues.
• Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
• Maintain technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work and deliverables.
• Support process areas including requirements, design, implementation, verification, transition, and operation.
• Support project/enterprise/process areas including portfolio management, information management, and measurement.
