Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Senior System Engineer to oversee the integration of geospatial web services and systems within a government-focused program. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 5 years SE experience may substitute.
• 20 years' experience in DoD/Federal programs of similar scope is required.
• Experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Strong troubleshooting of enterprise applications with cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of enterprise process standards and lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for geospatial systems within the program scope.
• Evaluate enterprise applications to identify improvement opportunities and ensure standards.
• Collaborate with Government Leads and teams to define, prioritize, and implement improvements.
• Contribute to software development processes and promote Agile/DevOps adoption.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and program templates.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks; propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead training sessions to enhance team technical skills.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous learning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
