Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., science, technology, engineering, mathematics).
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical-systems-related engineering experience.
• Direct experience in requirements-based engineering activities (validation, decomposition, verification planning).
• Ability to execute req-based tasks with minimal oversight.
• Fundamental understanding of stress, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
• Organized approach to on-time, quality work.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical systems integration and oversight.
• Coordinate with component and analysis teams for successful system outcomes.
• Support system architecture trade studies and present trades for risk analysis.
• Develop and validate verification plans; perform system testing and testing plans.
• Create and maintain traceable documentation to support programs.
• Communicate technical content clearly to leads, customers, and management.
• Produce technical reports and coordination memos.
