Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a contract MS 365 / Azure Administrator in Terre Haute, IN. You will monitor services, handle Exchange Online, Power Apps, Entra ID, and Azure Compute, while providing tier-one support and coordinating with MS support for higher-level issues.

You will perform identity management, AD synchronization, MFA, Conditional Access, and graph API tasks, following least-privilege and change-management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and identity management.
• Ability to monitor services and communicate issues to leadership.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic admin tasks per change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-one troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.
• Monitor Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and related apps.
• Perform user/group and policy management following change control.
• Assist with identity management and synchronization from on-prem AD.
• Document processes and maintenance routines for IT security.

Description

The individual would help us out with the following:

• Monitoring of services and communication of issues to TIS leadership team
• Exchange Online
• Power Apps
• Entra ID
• Azure Compute
• Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Office Apps
• Provide tier-one troubleshooting of above services, and interact with our MS support provider for higher-level troubleshooting
• Basic management tasks such as user/group and policy management and changes following OIT change management processes
• Identity management monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Synchronization from on-premises Active Directory
• Conditional Access
• MFA
• Microsoft Graph API
• Other M365 tasks as identified
• Maintain best practices for systems configurations and IT security and follow least-privilege model
• Work with team to establish systems maintenance and management processes
• Document processes for routine tasks, activities, and processes

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
