Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our healthcare technology team. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in systems administration, server infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise networking. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing critical server environments while supporting infrastructure technologies that enable healthcare operations.

This position will also support the organization's Real-Time Location Services (RTLS) platform and will have the opportunity to learn and work with MobileView, the health system's RTLS solution. Prior RTLS experience is beneficial but not required; candidates should have a general understanding of RTLS concepts and location-based technologies.

Skills and Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience doing system admin work managing servers

• Understanding of network protocol

• Knowledge of Aruba switches, APs and ALEs

• Understand the concept of RTLS (MobileView is their RTLS tool and can be taught)

• Progressive IT experience, someone who has worked their way up and has a true passion for IT

• Powershell scripting experience

• Experience with Vsphere and Vmware

• Windows OS experience with servers, 2016 and 2019 and even some older ones would be good

• Very personable, energetic and poised
