Job summary

You will collaborate with managers, senior programmers, and product teams to plan implementations, create diagrams, and document operational procedures. The role requires at least 3 years in system design with experience in web services, document management, AD security, telecom, and workflow systems.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with system design and integration.
• Experience designing web services-based applications and document management systems.
• Experience with Active Directory based security, telecom systems, and workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop system design specifications.
• Prepare design documents for solutions that meet system and security requirements.
• Develop specifications for databases, networks, security, and software configurations.
• Create diagrams for databases, networks, security, or storage programs.
• Document configurations for databases, servers, and network monitor systems.
• Develop system operations and installation procedures.
• Develop guidelines for new operational procedures across IT domains.
• Create detailed systems operations designs.
• Collaborate with staff to plan program implementations and enhancements.
• Create, test and maintain program systems.
• Design reports, audit trails, and security mechanisms.
• Provide assistance to support staff when issues arise.
