Senior Systems Design Engineer - Join the Audi F1 Project
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations. We seek candidates with the mindset of an athlete—those who are resilient, determined, and committed to overcoming limits—to bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1. This position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
