What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain the backend systems and infrastructure that power our agentic AI products. You'll work across the stack to solve hard problems in reliability, performance, and scale.
• Drive architecture decisions and own technical solutions end-to-end, from design through deployment and iteration
• Build and optimize model serving infrastructure to support low-latency, high-throughput inference at scale
• Develop observability tooling, including distributed tracing, to surface insights across complex AI workflows
• Create automated testing frameworks that ensure system reliability as we ship rapidly
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex production issues

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or another technical field
• 3+ years of backend/systems engineering experience with end-to-end product development
• Backend: Python proficiency is essential; experience with Go, C++, or Java is a strong plus
• Architecture: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
• AI/ML: Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and model deployment
