Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Lead, Systems Engineer & Product Architect to provide system-level technical leadership for DYMO printing solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor or higher in a relevant engineering field.
10–15+ years in complex electromechanical and connected products.
Experience with system architecture, integration, and ODM collaborations.

Define overall product architecture and major subsystems.
Translate needs into measurable system and integration requirements.
Define and control critical interfaces across hardware, firmware, software, and labels.
Lead cross-functional technical trade-off analyses.
Plan system integration with internal teams and partners.
Define system verification strategy and acceptance criteria.
