Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Technical Lead - Systems & Embedded Engineering to own requirements and dependencies across engineering functions for cutting-edge connected devices.

You will shape product architecture, manage projects, and drive New Product Introduction processes to deliver high-quality, secure products. This role involves coordinating global teams and balancing technical and strategic demands in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in embedded systems engineering, product development, and technical leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded product development.
• 3+ years of experience in product requirement creation.
• 3+ years of experience in product development lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating dependencies between firmware, mechanical, hardware, and software engineering team members.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements and dependencies amongst different engineering functions across global teams.
• Partner with engineering leads to deliver high-quality products on time and in scope.
• Coordinate dependencies with external design resources as needed.
• Recommending and driving process improvements to improve team efficiency.
• Support development of product plans and roadmaps for Comfort product lines.
• Identify, research, and develop technologies for timely introduction into Resideo products and systems.
• Ensure product architecture supports reuse and reduces development cycle time.
