T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Engineer, Systems Architecture to evolve enterprise virtualization and platform architectures across OpenShift Virtualization, Kubernetes, and VMware environments.
The role analyzes performance data and studies to influence design decisions, aiming to improve customer service delivery through robust platforms and documented standards. Travel is required; benefits support a strong total rewards package.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Acceptable study areas include Computer Science or Engineering.
- 5+ Years technical engineering experience.
Mansioni
- Lead the design and delivery of virtualization and platform architecture strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for platform designs and standards.
- Interpret metrics and test results to inform architecture improvements.
- Collaborate across OpenShift, Kubernetes, and VMware platforms to meet business needs.
- Mentor associate engineers through knowledge sharing and guidance.
- Handle other duties as assigned by management.
