Job summary

AnaVation LLC seeks a Lead Systems Architect with an active Secret clearance to modernize large multi-tenant systems for a Federal client in Washington, DC. This onsite role may offer hybrid telework upon client approval.

The candidate will lead architectural redesigns, guide a cross-functional team, and ensure security, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 11+ years in Federal IT enterprise architecture including Zero Trust and NIST.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, thought, and people leadership in the architectural redesign and modernization of a large, multi-tenant legacy software application.
• Support the Lead Developer to resolve particularly complex technical issues and provide innovative technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to support activities throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure attainment of all SLAs/SLOs in accordance with the QASP.
• Mentor cross-functional development team members to achieve collective success.
• Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Must possess originality, creativity, and initiative with minimal supervision.
