Job summary

AnaVation LLC is seeking a Lead Software Developer with an active Secret clearance for a full-time, on-site role in Washington, DC. You will lead modernization of large-scale enterprise applications in a federal context, while hands-on coding when needed.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in software architecture, cloud-native development, and cyber security, and mentors cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and drive modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related.
• 11+ years designing, maintaining, and modernizing secure, scalable enterprise applications.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and people leadership in redesign, development, maintenance, and modernization of a large, multi-tenant legacy software application, with hands-on development support as needed.
• Resolve complex technical issues; provide innovative solutions to address constraints and challenges
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to support activities across the SDLC
• Ensure attainment of all SLAs/SLOs in accordance with the QASP
• Mentor cross-functional development team members to achieve collective success
• Work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision and adapt to changing conditions
