Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in aerospace/defense or complex integrated systems.
• Experience with DOORS or equivalent for requirements management.
• Familiarity with MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of distributed system architectures, network technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with software configuration, testing, troubleshooting and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements and manage risk analysis.
• Lead trade studies, use cases and white papers.
• Provide technical writing support for large-scale proposals.
• Develop system architecture and design drawings per standards.
• Interface with partners to verify specifications and produce ICDs.
• Develop CONOPS, design docs, networks, and test plans.
• Participate in technical reviews and customer meetings.
• Model system performance and conduct field tests.
