Job summary

CORE-CSI, headquartered in Sterling, VA, seeks an Expert Systems Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and MBSE to lead the design of ASG architecture and related views. You will brief senior international leadership and collaborate with ACP/APMO teams to align architecture with DoD and IC guidance.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in government or industry, with MBSE, Cameo tools, DoDAF/PAG experience, and a TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one;

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/IT/MIS or related STEM; 12+ years experience may substitute.
• 12+ years as Senior/Expert Systems Architect in government or industry (EA, SA, DoDAF, PAG).
• Experience leading complex enterprise and solution architecture efforts.
• Ability to communicate with executives, government leaders, and international partners.
• Experience developing architecture models and views.
• MBSE experience with MBSE processes, tools, and modeling languages.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler / Cameo EA.

Responsibilities

• Direct system architects in design, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures.
• Analyze user requirements and review capabilities to improve existing systems.
• Advise on changes to designs based on requirements and emerging technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to contractors at varying levels.
• Develop and maintain DoDAF-aligned architecture artifacts and views.
• Create architecture briefings and recommendations for senior leadership.
