Job summary

ATSC is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Gilbert, AZ team. The role focuses on system architecture, sensor integration, and requirements development for US military and foreign defense programs.

You will work on large-scale System of Systems with radar, EOIR, C2 software, and secure networks, in coordination with multi-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aerospace/defense systems, experience with DOORS, MATLAB/LabVIEW, and strong writing and communication skills for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems/Electrical/Mechanical/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in aerospace, defense, or complex integrated systems.
• Experience with system requirements and modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop system architecture and create design drawings per standards.
• Lead requirements analysis, risk management and test planning.
• Prepare CONOPS, ICDs, and interface documentation.
• Support proposals and customer meetings with technical write-ups.
