Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
• Ability to translate requirements into system concepts and integration approaches.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal technical communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate work across multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of end-to-end system architectures and technical solution concepts, translating mission needs into technical architectures.
• Define and coordinate interfaces across mechanical, electrical, software, firmware, and AI components; support cross-functional integration planning.
• Take ownership of defined subsystems or architecture elements, ensuring alignment with requirements and plans.
• Lead or support subsystem integration and system-level testing activities to meet performance and reliability targets.
• Identify system-level risks early and contribute to mitigation planning and corrective actions.
• Maintain architecture documentation and technical decision records to ensure traceability and discipline.
