Responsibilities

• Define design standards for ruggedized electrical architectures across hardware programs.
• Mentor junior engineers and review designs to ensure robustness and process discipline.
• Manage vendor relationships for PCB fabrication and assembly to support program needs.
• Lead system-level design initiatives and ensure compliance with MIL-STD-461 and IPC-610; maintain ITAR/EAR awareness.
