i-Link Solutions is seeking a Systems Architect – Expert for the State of NY with NYS DOT collaboration. The role focuses on architectural design, COTS integration, and enterprise Windows server management.

Troubleshoot OS configuration, storage, and networking for COTS apps.

Provide L3 technical support for enterprise Windows server environments.
Analyze systems performance and security, with data-driven documentation.
Script repetitive tasks using PowerShell and automate maintenance.
Use ticketing systems to track incidents, requests, problems, changes, and deployments.
