Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems engineering for complex, multi-domain systems.
• Proven experience owning system architecture from concept through production.
• Deep knowledge of mixed-signal electronics, VLSI/ASIC design, and electro-optics.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret or higher clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the HIP-E system architecture.
• Translate mission objectives into verifiable system requirements.
• Lead design trade studies and technical baseline management.
• Interface with DoD program offices and senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to ITAR/EAR and relevant ISO standards.
