TKO StaffPros is seeking a Senior Solutions & Systems Architect – Battery Energy Storage (BTM BESS) in Plano, TX, with travel to customer sites and commissioning events. The role combines product development, systems engineering, and customer success to shape the technology roadmap and solve real customer problems in the field.

You will lead telecom BESS designs, integrate multiple OEMs and PCS platforms, own EMS and controls strategy, and help build repeatable architectures and scalable

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• 7+ years in battery energy storage, DER controls, telecom power systems, SCADA, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities, telecom sites, and commissioning events.
• Hands‑on experience integrating technologies from multiple vendors.

Mansioni

• Lead technical authority on customer solutions for energy storage and backup power systems.
• Own site-level sizing, technology selection, and interconnection requirements.
• Define and validate communication maps, data models, EMS functions, and fleet telemetry.
• Build repeatable OEM integrations to shorten deployment time and improve reliability.
• Mentor systems engineers and contribute to scalable technical playbooks.
