Job summary

Queue, the world’s first fully autonomous robotic pharmacy, seeks a staff/senior systems engineer to own architecture, safety, and regulatory direction of a fully autonomous dispensing system with no human in the loop. You’ll partner with Head of Systems Engineering to define processes, standards, and review practices, mentoring engineers and shaping the road map as we scale.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years on safety-critical products with leadership in architecture or safety
• Deep expertise in autonomy or software-heavy systems with SOTIF
• Experience building safety cases and arguing risk with external stakeholders
• Proven ability to set direction and influence across teams

Responsibilities

• Own architecture decisions end to end with safety and cost tradeoffs
• Define SE processes, standards, tooling, and review practices
• Mentor engineers and grow systems thinking across the org
• Represent engineering in regulatory discussions and roadmap conversations
