This Senior Systems Analyst position will be responsible for the day-to-day support of Workday Financial modules and their implementation, ensuring they align with business requirements. Additionally, this role involves developing ad-hoc self-service reports, analytics, and dashboards within modules such as Financial Accounting, Procurement, Suppliers, Business Assets, and the Accounting Center.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with a team of Workday architects and admins, managing platform enhancements and long-term development.
• Collaborating with Finance business partners, leading functional configuration and design analysis, and translating these into technical specifications.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Financials, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Identifying opportunities for system optimization, process improvement, and automation.
• Designing, developing, and delivering functional Workday solutions related to Financials.
• Troubleshooting system issues within a complex financial environment.
• Incorporating new business and system data into and out of the finance system, maintaining best practices and data governance standards.
• Acting as the voice of the finance team to provide feedback, project requests, and advocate for analytics within business units.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Financial Services, or equivalent experience (Required).
• 5-7 years of Information Technology experience (Required).
• 2-4 years of Systems Development Life Cycle experience (Required).
• 6-8 years of IT experience with financial systems (Preferred).
• Experience with Workday financial modules, including configuration, business processes, and security (Preferred).
