Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience in business and/or systems analysis within a software development environment.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to elicit detailed requirements.
• Advanced analytical skills to evaluate systems and design scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business, product, and engineering teams.
• Lead systems analysis efforts for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to drive solution design and implementation approaches.

• Identify and drive modernization, optimization, and automation opportunities.
• Coordinate release planning and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives; remove delivery impediments.
