Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States (Franklin, TN) seeks a Senior Manufacturing Business Analyst to drive SAP deployment across North American facilities. You will gather requirements, build the SAP backlog, act as a change agent, and lead training for Key Users and local teams, enabling a smooth migration from legacy systems.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong process knowledge, and experience with ERP/SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or related environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes across multiple plant locations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP implementations or transformations.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Change management, communication, and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced project environments.
• Leadership and project coordination capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong listening, negotiation, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and IT systems.
• Experience working with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
• Comfortable working across time zones and outside standard business hours when required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification of manufacturing business requirements and develop the SAP customer story backlog.
• Act as Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner bridging legacy and future-state ERP systems.
• Manage SAP knowledge transfer to Key Users, Data Owners, and local management teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather feedback on system enhancements.
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Create and validate end-to-end manufacturing process flows.
• Support localization of project documentation, training materials, and test scripts.
• Ensure site readiness through planning, training, support, and audit activities.
• Serve as primary business representative for ERP transformation program and manufacturing processes.
• Drive business transformation related to solution adoption, data accuracy, and organizational change management.
• Coordinate and support end-user training activities.
• Hold Key Users and Data Owners accountable for project deliverables.
• Lead and support solution testing activities with Key Users and project teams.
