Job summary

The role involves client-site work on records management systems (RMS) to track, store, and analyze data, with periods of independent work and coordination with the Project Director/PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Minimum 3 years of systems analysis experience.
• Strong ability to perform detailed analysis and system designs.
• High level of technical documentation writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Desirable: ITIL or Security+ certification.
• Desirable: Active Secret clearance; Top Secret eligible.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management: assist PM to ensure SLA compliance and monitor timelines and budgets.
• System development and integration: manage upgrades, interoperability, and cybersecurity measures.
• Training and user adoption: develop and deliver training, provide user support, create technical docs.
• Policy development and compliance: align operations with privacy, data retention, and regulatory guidelines.
