Parsons is seeking a systems analyst to support JPMRC-IS at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. You will analyze and document system requirements, develop implementation plans, and ensure operations for training missions. The role involves travel to Asia-Pacific locations up to 50% and on-site work with cross-system integration.

You will install software, test end-to-end operations, and work with information assurance while maintaining system readiness for JPMRC exercises.

Qualifications

• US Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining server platforms and network devices preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with simulation networks and services/systems preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a valid driver's license and post driving privileges.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience with direct customer interface and the ability to work independently and creatively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, refine, and document system user requirements including functional objectives of system, data sources and availability, report requirements, and cross-system integration requirements.
• Develop system implementation plans including user training and orientation.
• Provide information system analysis techniques to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications to support JPMRC exercises and events.
• Ensure JPMRC-IS computer systems are fully operational and available for scheduled support missions.
• Install software; end to end operational testing; configure interfaces to systems; provide SME to modify JPMRC-IS operations.
• Assist in translating mission requirements into IS solutions and maintain system hardware/software.
