Hatalom Corporation in Hawaii seeks a System Analyst to support USMC training exercises at the CROW facility. You will analyze data, develop AAR content, and help ensure exercises run smoothly, emphasizing collection and interpretation of key data points.

The role involves working with training simulations, AWES, and scenario adjustments to meet training objectives, and producing reports and Take Home Package materials for after-action review.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS in a relevant discipline required.
• 3+ to 6+ years experience depending on education level.
• Experience as USMC Officers or SNCOs preferred.
• Experience in live training or simulations desired.
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of USMC tactics.

Responsabilités

• Assist in prep of ROSTER/Order of Battle and reporting from exercise data.
• Lead development of AARs and Take Home Package.
• Operate WinEXCON system to support exercises and AWES.
• Adjust training scenarios and recommend actions based on objectives.
• Monitor live video feeds and edit them for AAR purposes.
• Prepare reports, statistics and materials for AAR execution.
