Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience designing, deploying, and supporting complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test server, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and test virtualization platforms.
• Install, configure, and test physical security and AV management platforms.
• Analyze customer requirements and implement system features to meet needs.
• Plan and deliver software and OS upgrades.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for upgrades and implementations.
• Collaborate with Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Sales, and Engineering on IT infrastructure for Physical Security and AV solutions.
• Support sales and design efforts in specifying IT components and integration methods.
• Be accountable for installation and integration, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Mentor Integrated Systems Technicians in IT infrastructure learning.
