Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Systems Analyst to design, deploy, and support IT infrastructure for enterprise security and AV platforms. You will install and test servers, storage, networks, virtualization, and integration software, driving performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in Information Technology with proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting complex systems.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in computing/electronics, or equivalent military training.
• Ability to pass varying levels of security clearance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and mentor others.
• Comfortable with remote work and participating in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test server, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and test virtualization platforms.
• Install, configure, and test Physical Security and AV management software platforms.
• Develop and support custom integrations and macros for interoperability.
• Develop scripts and automation to minimize repeat work.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and service IT infrastructure issues.
• Plan and deliver software and OS upgrades.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales, and engineering on IT infrastructure.
