Job summary

CareSource in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Systems Analyst III to lead research and analysis to identify systems impacted by requirements, potential interfaces, cross-team dependencies, and affected lines of business.

You will translate business needs into agile stories, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery within a healthcare enterprise context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
• Five (5) years of experience in requirements management is required.
• Five (5) years of experience working in Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs or other similar enterprise systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and technical requirements by authoring clear agile stories and features.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and users, stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis and assist QA in test planning and data sets.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activities.
• Develop training materials and knowledge transfer for new processes and system capabilities.
