Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Systems Analyst Senior to manage system usability, reliability, performance and support requirements. The role blends in-office collaboration 1–2 days weekly with flexible remote work, and may consider alternate locations near an office.

You will drive feature test strategies, bridge business and technical views, coordinate workflows, and mentor teams in requirements and testing. Strong preference for experience in process improvement and project facilitation.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and minimum 3 years of experience documenting requirements and/or building test cases for various technologies.
• Experience testing/product quality processes, tools and methods strongly preferred.
• Project management experience and facilitation training strongly preferred.
• Experience managing operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking priorities, and resolving workflow issues.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, and translating business needs into system and process enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Creates feature test strategies and environment needs.
• Links technical and business views to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Coordinates workflow activities, tracks priorities, and supports issue resolution.
• Applies and mentors use of tools to define requirements.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Ensures high level designs and architecture requirements map to approved requirements.
• Assists in developing training documentation and identifies additional documentation needs.
