Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent training and related experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting computer systems or systems analysis.
• Knowledge of systems analysis principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend computer-based solutions.
• Maintain, enhance, and modify complex systems and applications.
• Support development of subsystems, applications, and automated processes.
• Guide users in developing requirements and evaluating system solutions.
• Analyze requests, identify gaps, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software.
• Coordinate with analysts, engineers, developers, and end users to support projects.
• Support software development, testing, implementation, and special projects.
• Maintain databases and tracking systems for inventory, reporting, and operations.
• Provide guidance to junior personnel.
