Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst to join the Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology team. You will define, design, and implement scalable cloud-based solutions, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and delivery.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and business partners in a fast-paced environment, translating objectives into actionable technical specs, user stories, and documentation while guiding release management and incident analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years building software solutions with engineering teams.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for business analysis and decision support.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud/distributed tech.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product partners on design.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/workflow docs.
• Enable solution delivery with SDLC governance and release planning.
• Leverage AI/Generative AI to accelerate analysis and insights.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
