Job summary

The role requires strong scripting in Bash/PowerShell, experience with AWS services, and a focus on documentation, standards, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Associate degree with relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with more years of experience.
• Strong Windows and Linux administration in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems, on-premises and AWS.
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID identity services; hybrid sync health.
• Administer Hyper-V virtualization and Veeam backup infrastructure; disaster recovery.
• Perform Bash, Python, and Ansible automation for Linux configuration management.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide 3rd level support for Windows, Linux, and AWS incidents.
