Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Associate degree with 6 years experience or bachelor's degree with 4 years.
• Strong Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, PowerShell, and virtualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems on‑premises and AWS.
• Support Active Directory and Entra ID identity services, including hybrid sync health.
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online as required.
• Manage Hyper‑V cluster, VM provisioning, and capacity planning.
• Administer Veeam backup infrastructure and DR testing.
• Perform Bash, Python, and Ansible automation for Linux config and patching.
• Design, deploy, operate scalable AWS, ensuring cost optimization and security.
• Provide 3rd level support for Windows, Linux, and AWS incidents.
