Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. seeks a senior Systems Analyst with TS/SCI clearance to support lifecycle engineering systems from conception to decommissioning.

The role requires extensive security tooling experience (ELK, Tripwire, VMware, RedHat SELinux) and hands-on IT operations, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 support. The selected candidate will work on Maryland-based projects with multi-state locations, enjoy comprehensive benefits, and participate in ongoing security and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required; five years of additional SA experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience as an SA in programs/contracts of similar scope: 15 years at Level 03.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for IT systems and users.
• Manage day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Assist agency management and internal customers with escalated tickets and status communication.
• Configure and manage UNIX/Windows operating systems, and ensure network component reliability and performance.
