Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to support IT systems administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance across Windows and UNIX environments. A TS/SCI clearance with an active polygraph is required, along with US citizenship.

Qualifications

US citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
2 years within the last 5 years must be directly related to the job.
Level 03 requires a minimum of 15 years of direct/relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five years of additional Systems Administration experience on similar projects may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes.
Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
Provides Tier I and Tier II problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
Supports escalation communications to agency management and internal customers.
Supports the dispatch system and hardware problem resolution.
Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs loads operating system software.
Installs and maintains network components and OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Supports installation and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches for enterprise systems.
