Job summary

Peraton seeks a Systems Administrator to support the SITEC contract in Arlington, VA. You will install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and end-user systems while managing PKI, CAC, and VTC services in a global, 24x7 environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving are essential, with travel up to NCR locations and occasional Tampa training. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, prior experience with government IT operations, and willingness to switch between Mark Center and Pentagon as

Qualifications

• 12 years' experience with a high school diploma.
• 10 years' experience with an associate degree.
• 8 years' experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain IT hardware, software, and end-user systems.
• Administer user accounts, access permissions, and shared-file access.
• Manage PKI, certificates, token, CAC PIN reset, and local registration authority functions.
• Test, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop video teleconference (VTC) systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot VTC sessions, including VIP-supported events.
• Support messaging and collaboration services, including email and chat.
• Use ITSM tools to create, update, route, track, and escalate incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues; reimage systems as required.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to internal support or vendor.
• Support CSfC capabilities and secure mobility/remote-access solutions.
