B4Corp is seeking a highly experienced Systems Administrator to join our Herndon, VA team. The role requires TS/SCI with a polygraph and focuses on implementing IT operations, scripting, and automation to support mission-critical systems.

You’ll work with a team across engineers and PMs, managing Windows/Linux environments, AD, MECM, and cloud services, while ensuring security and compliance. The ideal candidate has 11+ years of experience, strong problem solving, and leadership of junior staff,

Formación

• 11+ years of systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, governance, and project management skills.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, organize, and manage a project’s tasks.
• Take ownership of assignment projects from start to finish.
• Communicate with key stakeholders impacted by projects.
• Implement and maintain computer systems per SOPs and security requirements.
• Monitor system performance and capacity.
• Oversee availability of technical resources.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.
