Job summary

The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to provide senior-level administration and operational support for the SIE and SFTP environments that back CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM and FIN interfaces.

You will lead configuration, monitoring, security, and maintenance of these critical data-exchange services and collaborate with ERP, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with SIE/SFTP-based integrations and ERP interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration and security.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SIE and SFTP environments for CGI Advantage HRM/FIN interfaces.
• Monitor file transfers, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and logs; resolve failures.
• Configure secure file-transfer connections, manage SSH keys and certificates.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with ERP, cybersecurity, and vendor teams on interfaces.
