Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is a Navajo Nation–owned family of companies providing IT, professional, environmental, and R&D services. A Systems Administrator is needed to support physical and virtual servers, network systems, and courthouse applications.

Responsibilities include vendor coordination for phones and wireless devices, maintaining accreditation, and performing system upgrades. Requires active clearance or US citizenship and IAT-I certs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain
• Three years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of a college degree
• Must be IAT-I certified (A+, Network+, CCNA, SSCP)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with MECM and Windows Server administration
• Familiar with intranet/internet management and 서버 provisioning

Responsibilities

• Provide support for physical and virtual servers and network systems
• Coordinate with vendors for phones and wireless devices
• Perform operations and maintenance on a Windows/Linux server environment with VMware ESX
• Manage Exchange Server and backups/restores
• Interface with multiple vendors for systems and services
• Maintain network accreditation, patching, and documentation
• Coordinate hardware lifecycle management and SLAs for replacements
• Assist with VPNs, VoIP systems, and Courthouse applications
• Support Authorization to Operate (ATO) renewal processes
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
