Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks a Systems Administrator to manage physical and virtual servers, network systems, and courthouse applications. You will coordinate with vendors for phones, wireless devices, and internet services, and support accreditation, upgrades, and backups.

The role requires hands-on administration for Windows and Linux servers, VMWare ESX, and Exchange, along with documenting processes and contributing to ATO renewals.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or US Citizen with the ability to obtain!
• At least three years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of a college degree
• Must be IAT-I certified (A+, Network+, CCNA, SSCP)
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication skills
• Good documentation and process skills
• Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) as part of daily support

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Physical and virtualized servers, and network systems.
• Coordinate with vendors to support telephones, and wireless devices.
• Systems Administration – 12 Windows and Linux servers with VMware ESX and Exchange; manage backups and restorations.
• Vendor Support – interface with multiple vendors for system support.
• Network Accreditation – maintain accreditation, patching, inventory, and documentation.
• Hardware Support – life cycle management and SLAs for replacement of failed equipment.
• Communications Network – coordinate troubleshooting between Court and JSP, including VPN issues.
• Court Track and recording system support; understand C-Track system.
• Experience supporting Authorization to Operate renewal process.
• Other duties as assigned.
