Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Network Administrator/System Administrator to manage the DNFSB network, Windows/VMware servers, Active Directory, and Azure infrastructure. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with Tier 2 Public Trust consideration and experience across Windows/Linux environments, network devices, and security controls. Salary range is competitive with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 8+ years of relevant network and systems administration experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of relevant experience; higher education may substitute for experience.
• U.S. citizen; favorable Tier 2 Public Trust clearance required before performance.
• Security+ preferred; Azure Administrator Associate or CCNA preferred.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure, Windows/Linux, network devices, security protocols.
• VMware, iBoss, Qualys, Intune, and ServiceNow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and related network services; diagnose LAN, WAN, VPN, and connectivity problems.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure resources, and managed user access; maintain access control lists and review system and network logs.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and capacity; resolve incidents and coordinate outages, maintenance, and configuration changes.
• Apply patches and security configurations, validate remediation, and maintain patch records; meet PWS patching timelines with authority exceptions.
• Maintain system backups and recovery procedures; coordinate restoration and integrity checks with other system personnel.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity staff on vulnerability findings, endpoint compliance, privileged access, incident containment, and recovery.
• Maintain network and system documentation, configuration records, and asset records; provide monthly health reports and patch logs.
• Support escalated service desk issues and coordinate with mobile device and ServiceNow administrators.
