Job summary

DZYNE Technologies LLC. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator in Irvine, CA, to support on-site, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. The role requires extensive enterprise experience with Windows/Linux, networks, and security in defense-adjacent environments.

The successful candidate will design and deploy complex networks, administer Azure Gov and M365, and coordinate with engineering and program teams. Travel up to 10–25% is possible.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise role with strong knowledge of network design and security within complex Azure environments.
• 7+ years in enterprise role with strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking design/protocols, and virtualization in regulated industries.
• 5+ years in enterprise role with VMware and other virtualization technologies.
• 5+ years in enterprise role with Microsoft 365 administration.
• 5+ years’ experience with enterprise-grade network storage solutions.
• Strong knowledge of system security (OS, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN).
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Able to work in both team and independent settings.

Responsibilities

• Interact with users and engineering teams to provide enterprise IT support.
• Assist cross-functional teams across projects and programs.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and organization.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
• Configure and maintain Palo Alto and Cisco Meraki equipment; design complex local and cloud networks.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 administration and Azure networking.
• Monitor networks using relevant tools and ensure security compliance.
