Job summary

DYVICC Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer for our Hoffman Estates, IL headquarters, with potential travel to client sites across the United States.

The role focuses on designing, implementing, and securing enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments. You will analyze requirements, deploy automation, manage Windows/Linux systems, and support MS 365/Azure and security tooling while maintaining thorough documentation and standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
• Experience with public cloud administration focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with networking and security appliances (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki).

Responsibilities

• Analyze system and business requirements to develop IT solutions.
• Design enterprise infrastructure including cloud, hybrid, and on-prem systems.
• Configure and manage Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline deployments and maintenance.
• Support cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft 365/Azure and email security.
• Implement cybersecurity controls and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate infrastructure into CI/CD.
• Provide technical support and perform root-cause analysis.
