Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum six years of professional systems administration experience.
• Experience managing Windows Server and/or Linux environments with user bases.
• Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services.
• Ability to document procedures and work with technical/non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain core IT infrastructure and support enterprise operations at multiple sites.
• Improve system reliability and security in mission-critical environments.
• Provide hands-on support to researchers and staff and collaborate with a small IT team.
• Plan, manage, and complete concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
