Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of professional experience implementing and managing enterprise solutions.
• Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-stack IT system administration across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Linux Services, Platform Engineering, and other departments to maintain uptime.
• Deploy OS patches, provision new machines, manage configuration states, deploy new AWS solutions, and troubleshoot on-prem and cloud deployments.
• May be required to work evenings, nights, weekends, or different shifts for extended periods.
