Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Windows System Administrator to join a high-performing Agile team operating within SAFe in support of a fast-paced program. The role spans daily systems administration, O&M, and deployment of new capabilities across VMware, Windows, Linux, and VDI environments.

The candidate will manage AD, DNS, SCCM, Exchange, and security operations, with a focus on vulnerability remediation, IAVA management, and incident response. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of Windows administration experience.
• 7+ years in information security governance, risk management, and compliance.
• 5+ years with AD/DNS, GPOs, SCCM, and Exchange administration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Windows server and network infrastructure across locations.
• Configure and secure servers, routers, switches, and firewalls; manage AD and DNS.
• Lead vulnerability management, patching, and IAVA remediation activities.
• Respond to security events; perform system scans and maintain documentation.
• Provide Tier-3 support to users and interdepartmental teams; on-call as needed.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, change control, and system documentation.
